SWISHBY 개인정보처리방침
미니멀코리아(이하 "운영자")는 웹 게임 SWISHBY(이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」을 지키고, 꼭 필요한 정보만 모으고, 모은 정보를 아래와 같이 다룹니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 제공되는 모든 주소(swishby.com, 그리고 새 주소로 자동 이동하는 이전 주소 breton5797.github.io/fluxwing)에 똑같이 적용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 정보와 그 이유
서비스는 회원가입 없이 바로 플레이할 수 있습니다. 처음 접속하면 서버가 게스트 계정(무작위 식별자)을 만들어 주고, 계정 로그인은 선택입니다.

닉네임은 금칙어 필터를 거치며, 걸리는 이름은 서버에서 Pilot으로 바뀌어 저장됩니다. 신고·추적 없이 자동으로만 처리합니다.
기기에만 저장되고 서버로 보내지 않는 정보
언어, 음소거, 진동, 알림 설정, 광고 상태, 로컬 진행 데이터는 브라우저의 localStorage에만 저장됩니다(키 이름 fw27_*). 로그인 세션 토큰도 같은 저장소에 보관됩니다. 서비스는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 알림 권한은 기기 안에서 알림을 띄우는 데만 쓰이며, 서버에서 보내는 푸시 알림은 없습니다.
2. 보유 기간
- 계정과 클라우드 세이브: 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지. 요청을 받으면 30일 안에 지웁니다.
- 랭크 대전 매치 기록: 매치 종료 후 3일.
- 친구 활동 피드: 3일.
- 리더보드 기록과 시즌 순위 기록: 순위표 표시를 위해 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관하며, 삭제 요청 시 지우거나
Pilot으로 익명화합니다. - 서버 로그: 호스팅·백엔드 사업자의 정책에 따라 단기간(통상 7일 이내).
3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
운영자는 아래 사업자의 인프라를 이용합니다. 이 사업자들은 운영자의 지시에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 일부는 국외에 있습니다.

이 밖에는 법령에 따른 적법한 요청이 있을 때를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 네트워크, 분석 도구(예: Google Analytics), 광고 식별자는 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하고, 동의를 철회하고, 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. minimalkorea@naver.com으로 요청하면 본인 확인 후 30일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 게스트 계정은 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 다시 접근할 수 없으므로, 삭제를 원하면 게임 설정에 표시되는 닉네임과 사용 시점을 함께 알려 주세요. 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인도 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 뒤 로그인 기능을 이용해야 합니다. 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 데이터베이스는 서버 함수를 통해서만 쓰이고, 이용자는 자기 정보에만 접근할 수 있도록 접근 제어(행 수준 보안)를 둡니다.
- 게스트 계정 생성과 기록 제출에 속도 제한을 두어 남용을 막습니다.
- 꼭 필요한 정보만 모으고, 비밀번호는 아예 저장하지 않습니다(이메일 인증코드·소셜 로그인만 사용).
7. 쿠키와 추적
쿠키를 사용하지 않고, 이용자를 추적하는 광고 식별자나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 설정과 진행을 저장할 뿐이며, 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시하고, 수집 항목이나 목적이 달라지는 중요한 변경은 게임 안에서도 알립니다.
SWISHBY Privacy Policy
Minimal Korea ("we") runs the web game SWISHBY ("the service"). We collect as little as the game needs and handle it as described here. This policy applies at every address the game is served from (swishby.com, and the former address breton5797.github.io/fluxwing, which now redirects there). The Korean text above is the governing version; this translation is provided for convenience.
1. What we collect and why
You can play without creating an account. On your first visit the server issues a guest account (a random identifier). Signing in is optional.

Nicknames pass through a profanity filter; a refused name is stored as Pilot. This is automatic and involves no reporting or tracking.
Stored only on your device
Language, mute, vibration and alert settings, ad state and local progress live only in your browser's localStorage (keys named fw27_*), as does your sign-in session token. The service sets no cookies. The browser notification permission is used only to show alerts on your device; we send no server push notifications.
2. How long we keep it
- Account and cloud save: until you ask us to delete it; we delete within 30 days of a request.
- Ranked match records: 3 days after the match ends.
- Friend activity feed: 3 days.
- Leaderboard scores and season rankings: for as long as the service runs, to show the boards; on request we delete them or anonymise the name to
Pilot. - Server logs: for a short period set by the hosting provider (normally within 7 days).
3. Processors and international transfers
We rely on the providers below. They process data on our instructions; some are outside Korea.

Beyond this we share personal data with no one, except when the law requires it. We use no ad networks, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and no advertising identifiers.
4. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, withdraw consent, or delete your account. Write to minimalkorea@naver.com; after verifying it is you, we act within 30 days and tell you the outcome. A guest account cannot be reached once its browser data is cleared, so if you want it deleted please tell us the nickname shown in the game's settings and roughly when you played. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your supervisory authority.
5. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 (or under the age your country sets for consent). Children below that age should use the sign-in feature only with a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn that data was collected without it, we delete it.
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The database is written only through server-side functions, and row-level access control keeps each user to their own data.
- Guest account creation and score submission are rate-limited to curb abuse.
- We collect only what the game needs and store no passwords at all (email codes and social sign-in only).
7. Cookies and tracking
The service sets no cookies and uses no advertising identifiers or analytics trackers. It keeps settings and progress in your browser's localStorage; clearing site data in your browser removes them.

Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; material changes to what we collect or why are also announced in the game.
